construction Course of Construction Loans are available to qualified members who want to build their own spec homes. The maximum loan amount is based on a percentage of the appraised value of the land and house. Loans are written for 12 months at a competitive interest rate. There are no points, origination fees or hidden charges on a Course of Construction Loan at Cumorah.
