how to become a member

Those who meet the eligibility requirements can join the Credit Union one of two ways:

In Person

Visit one of our branch locations and complete the required paperwork. Please bring two forms of identification and $25 to open your share savings account, along with other financial institution statements or materials that include information needed for transferring balances.

On the Web

You may also request a member application packet by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Upon receipt of your request we will send you a new member packet, which includes four items for you to complete and return: A Truth-in-Savings disclosure; a membership eligibility form, where you will indicate which ward and stake you’re in (or, if you’re a family member or employee of an LDS member, the name of that member); a signature card; and a new member survey. When returning these items to the Credit Union, please include copies of two forms of identification, and a $25 check or money order that will be deposited into your share savings account.
